Itop Services

  • Complete evaluation of injury and performance

  • Rehabilitation

  • Reconditioning – A performance-based approach that concentrates on movement toward the goal—return to competition.

  • Compression Therapy – We recommend Normatec, an original, scientifically supported dynamic air compression system designed by a doctor. Normatec helps provide improved mobility and profound restorative healing results and is trusted by the world’s top athletes and consumers everywhere looking to advance their wellness.

  • Stretch Therapy – Helpful in treating muscle tightness, joint imbalances, and tissue restrictions that cause movement distortions, aches and pains, and increased risk of injury.

  • Localized Cryotherapy – The application of cryogenically cooled air at a temperature of approximately -167°C / -269°F. This cold air is applied to injured parts of the to alleviate pain and speed up recovery after injuries. Localized cryotherapy is also utilized in other applications such as beautification.

  • Dry Needling – Treats musculoskeletal and neuromuscular pain by releasing trigger points. When dry needling is applied to an affected muscle or trigger point, it can decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain. The needles remain in your muscle for a short period of time — between 10 seconds and 10 minutes. Dry needling usually is paired with exercise and other physical therapy techniques to prevent trigger points from reoccurring.

  • Cupping – Also called suction cup therapy, cupping uses suction to draw blood to or away from painful areas of your body.

  • Graston – Which is a brand name for IASTM, or Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, employs targeted techniques and stainless-steel instruments to treat soft tissue injuries. These instruments enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal motion.

  • Hawkins Force Plates – Tools used to measure ground reaction forces, which are commonly used for monitoring training effectiveness, return-to-play protocols, and athlete screening.

  • 1080 Quantum Synchro – The ultimate performance training, testing, and rehabilitation solution consisting of two quantum machines placed side by side for dual cable action and a smith machine in between.
